Alter Wirt:
In Grünwald near Munich, Bavarian cooking meets modern, international cuisine at the Alter Wirt. High-quality food from organic farming always forms the basis. Seasonal and regional products, supplied by long-standing partners, are particularly important to the kitchen team. For example, the bread and the finest pastries come from the organic bakery "Brotzeit", which is located in the same building. All products are still made here by hand according to old handicraft tradition. And at the latest when you try it, you realize: This is bread quality at the highest level.
Biohotel & Restaurant Rose:
The Biohotel & Restaurant ROSE in Hayingen/Baden-Württemberg has also been one of the pioneers for years when it comes to organic cuisine and practiced sustainability. Simon Tress, head chef at the organic restaurant Rose, also opened the "1950" in August 2020, a Demeter & Bioland fine dining restaurant. With its "CO2 Menu©" it offers sustainable cuisine designed down to the last detail. Transparency is the A and O. In this way, the guest finds out all the ingredients for each dish in percentage accuracy - from the main ingredient to the salt.But that's not all: also their origin, including information on CO2 emissions and how many kilometers they have traveled from the producer to the restaurant and best of all: All organic ingredients in Demeter and Bioland quality come from a maximum radius of 25 kilometers.
Biohotel Mohren:
Whether it's herbs, vegetables or meat: At the Biohotel Mohren in Deggenhausen, a lot comes from our own organic fields - not a stone's throw away from the farm. The gifted top chef Jürgen Waizenegger conjures up special culinary delights from the best ingredients. Regional products and the love of organic farming also have a long tradition here. Our recommendation: just cook Jürgen's famous onion meat from Aberdeen Angus at home.
The 5-star deluxe Bio Hotel Raphaël in the Italian capital balances luxury dining and sustainability. The kitchen offers creative, vegetarian and vegan specialties of the season. Crispy focaccia with homemade, vegan "cheese" made from dried fruits, carpaccio and smoked asparagus with raspberry dressing or porcini mushrooms with marinated wild herbs and truffle bubbles take the vegan culinary offer to a whole new level.

The kitchen at Biohotel Gralhof am Weißensee is imaginative, skilful and appreciative. Much comes directly from the Knaller family's own organic farm, e.g. Veal and beef, juices, bacon, house sausages and jams. Everything else is delivered directly to the Gralhof over short distances: Whether it's milk products from the Jakober family from Neusach or potatoes (Austrian for potatoes) and the grain for the home-baked bread from the Sommeregger family from Spittal. Try something special and be enchanted by head chef Clara's award-winning 5-course menu.

Biohotel Grafenast
The roots of the Biohotel Grafenast go back to 1907, when it was a toboggan hut. Today the organic hotel is a refuge for all those who are looking for peace and quiet. From the path of the senses, the sculptures to mushroom hikes. The view from the terrace over the Inn Valley is unique, as is the sauna in the middle of the forest. That's exactly why the hotel was awarded for its successful design and atmosphere.
