Organic restaurants
With certified organic quality
The table is festively set, the menu entices with all kinds of varied dishes. A heavenly seductive scent is already streaming from the kitchen. And at the latest when the ordered delicacies are served in a sophisticated presentation, your heart will beat faster. This is how it should be, a visit to the organic restaurant!
Many a guest may now ask themselves the one important question: Can I be sure that everything is really organic? In our BIO HOTELS this question is answered quickly: Yes, you can. With us you can trust that the food we use comes from certified, controlled organic agriculture. Our strict guidelines ensure this. In cooperation with our inspection bodies and partners, we ensure that you as a guest can enjoy organic food with a clear conscience and security. In the best quality. Guaranteed.
Fresh and homemade
"Fresh" potato salad from the 10 kg plastic bucket and "homemade" soups from the parcel. What is unfortunately often the norm in many catering establishments for the sake of convenience is an absolute no-go in our organic restaurants. You won't find so-called convenience food or ready-made products here, any more than microwave ovens.
If you come across adjectives such as “fresh”, “handmade” or “traditional” in our menus, you can be 100% confident that these will also describe reality. In our organic restaurants, our experienced chefs conjure up appealing culinary delights by hand. With dedication and meticulous patience. It is not uncommon for many dishes to take hours, if not days, to prepare. You can see, smell and taste the difference immediately.
Regional dishes with (often long) tradition
Regionality naturally plays an important role in our organic restaurants. Dishes that are rooted in the respective region can be found in our menus as well as traditional recipes. Some of them, such as the onion meat from top organic chef Jürgen Waizenegger (BIO HOTEL Mohren), look back on a long - and in the example mentioned even 100 year - history. In addition, we attach great importance to the fact that the organic food used reaches our hotels via the shortest possible transport routes and that there is enough time to rest and mature. For the sake of the sensational good taste and the satisfaction of our guests.
Fresh from the hotel garden to your plate
When - as in many of our BIO HOTELS - the certified organic food comes from the hotel's own garden, one can hardly speak of transport routes. Rather, it means “straight from the field to your plate”. The garden of the BIO HOTEL Panorama in South Tyrol, for example, covers over 4,000 m2! The finest delicacies are harvested here all year round and processed into unforgettable culinary delights in the kitchen. You can hardly get fresher ... at most you can nibble in the garden;)
