The spacious double rooms Balance Zirbe are located on the south side and offer a wonderful view. They are equipped with stone pine paneling and furniture, a large bathtub with a view of the outside. Two inviting hammocks on the very private panorama terrace make the room the perfect place to relax.
The room, including the terrace, was made with Swiss stone pine from the nearby "Matschertal"
paneled. The wood of the stone pine "Arve" in the living area has a calming and balancing effect, the scent is unique.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt im Biohotel Panorama Südtirol – sehr empfehlenswert! Wir waren für eine Nacht im Biohotel Panorama Südtirol in Mals zu Gast – als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Trans Alp Tour – und wurden rundum begeistert. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine ruhige Lage, die liebevolle Gestaltung und eine Atmosphäre, die sofort zum Wohlfühlen einlädt. Das Abendessen war ein kulinarisches Highlight: biologisch, regional und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich – wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Trotz Regen durften wir uns großzügig länger in der gemütlichen Lobby aufhalten, bis unser Shuttle-Service eintraf – eine Geste, die echte Gastfreundschaft zeigt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch die hauseigene Brennerei: Wir hatten das Vergnügen, einige der selbst hergestellten Schnäpse zu probieren – geschmacklich hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wonderful stay at Biohotel Panorama – highly recommended! We stayed at Biohotel Panorama in Mals for one night during our Trans Alp tour and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel offers a peaceful location, thoughtfully designed interiors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. Dinner was a true culinary highlight – organic, locally sourced, and prepared with great care. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. We felt welcome from the very first moment. Due to rainy weather, we were kindly allowed to stay longer in the cozy lobby until our shuttle service arrived – a gesture that speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. A special mention goes to the in-house distillery: we had the pleasure of tasting some of their homemade schnapps, which were of outstanding quality and absolutely worth trying. A truly memorable experience – we would gladly return and highly recommend Biohotel Panorama to anyone seeking relaxation, great food, and genuine hospitality.

De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn enorm hulpvaardig! Ze hielpen ons aan de perfecte fietsroutes. Ook stonden onze fietsen veilig in de fietsenstalling. De kamer is comfortabel met heerlijke bedden. De groene badkamer is smaakvol en sfeervol, die wil ik thuis ook wel! De spa is prachtig. Er is een panorama sauna met een geweldig uitzicht! Het biologische eten uit eigen tuin is echt fantastisch. Wir haben am Montagabend die Verkostung der hausgemachten, prämierten Bio-Brände von/mit Herrn Steiner besucht. Selten haben wir einen Menschen mit so viel Liebe fuer das eigene Handwerk erlebt. Nicht nur die Brände, auch das unschaetzbare Wissen aus Jahrzehnten Erfahrung haben wir sehr genossen. Herr Steiner ist ein ganz besonderer Gastgeber, der mit dem Wissen und der Liebe aus Generationen der Vergangenheit leidenschaftlich in die Zukunft schaut.Das fuehlt und schmeckt man. Selbst ohne Übernachtung im Hotel war die Verkostung eines der Highlights unseres Urlaubs<3

Sehr empfehlenswertes, Inhaber geführtes Hotel. Wir fühlten uns von der Buchung über das erste Willkommen an der Rezeption bis zur Abreise als Gäste sehr wertgeschätzt. Die Besitzerfamilie lebt die authentische Gastfreundschaft vor, das zeigt sich auch bei allen anderen Mitarbeitenden, die äusserst freundlich und kompetent waren. Das Bio-Konzept überzeugt, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Die Wellnessanlage ist klein aber fein, die lauschigen Ruheliegen im schönen Garten sehr erholsam.

Man spürt, dass das ein Hotel ist, das mit dem Herzblut von 2 Generationen der Familie Steiner geführt wird. Jederzeit sind sie bereit das Konzept ihres Biohotels zu erklären. Unterstützt wird die Familie von einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Zumindest die südseitigen Zimmer haben ein wunderbares Panorama über das Tal bis hinauf zum Ortler. Sie sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und immer sehr sauber. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein reichhaltiges und hochwertiges Buffet. Am Abend sollte man sich das abwechslungsreiche 4-Gang-Abendmenü nicht entgehen lassen, bei dem man aus verschiedenen Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen und Desserts wählen kann. Die Wanderführung durch den Seniorchef war gut organisiert. Während der Wanderung zur und durch die Uinaschlucht konnten wir von ihm viel über die Natur und Almwirtschaft erfahren. Gerne empfehlen wir das Hotel weiter.

Wir haben uns im Bio-Hotel Panorama bei Familie Steiner und Team sehr wohl gefühlt. Das „Bio-Konzept“ von A bis Z ist äußerst authentisch und absolut glaubwürdig, was uns sehr beeindruckt hat! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder und gerne empfehlen wir das Hotel auch unseren Freunden.

Was für eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Ein Bio-Hotel mit aller Konsequenz und sehr leckerem Essen, ein wunderbares Zimmer mit cooler Einrichtung und traumhaftem Blick und ein Standort für viele verschiedene Aktivititäten. Ach ja, und die Ausstrahlung des ganzen Teams im Hotel ist pure Herzlichkeit!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt im Biohotel Panorama Südtirol – sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir waren für eine Nacht im Biohotel Panorama Südtirol in Mals zu Gast – als Zwischenstopp auf unserer Trans Alp Tour – und wurden rundum begeistert. Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine ruhige Lage, die liebevolle Gestaltung und eine Atmosphäre, die sofort zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.
Das Abendessen war ein kulinarisches Highlight: biologisch, regional und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich – wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen.
Trotz Regen durften wir uns großzügig länger in der gemütlichen Lobby aufhalten, bis unser Shuttle-Service eintraf – eine Geste, die echte Gastfreundschaft zeigt.
Besonders erwähnenswert ist auch die hauseigene Brennerei: Wir hatten das Vergnügen, einige der selbst hergestellten Schnäpse zu probieren – geschmacklich hervorragend und absolut empfehlenswert.
Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Wonderful stay at Biohotel Panorama – highly recommended!
We stayed at Biohotel Panorama in Mals for one night during our Trans Alp tour and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel offers a peaceful location, thoughtfully designed interiors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.
Dinner was a true culinary highlight – organic, locally sourced, and prepared with great care. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. We felt welcome from the very first moment.
Due to rainy weather, we were kindly allowed to stay longer in the cozy lobby until our shuttle service arrived – a gesture that speaks volumes about the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort.
A special mention goes to the in-house distillery: we had the pleasure of tasting some of their homemade schnapps, which were of outstanding quality and absolutely worth trying.
A truly memorable experience – we would gladly return and highly recommend Biohotel Panorama to anyone seeking relaxation, great food, and genuine hospitality.

De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn enorm hulpvaardig! Ze hielpen ons aan de perfecte fietsroutes. Ook stonden onze fietsen veilig in de fietsenstalling. De kamer is comfortabel met heerlijke bedden. De groene badkamer is smaakvol en sfeervol, die wil ik thuis ook wel! De spa is prachtig. Er is een panorama sauna met een geweldig uitzicht! Het biologische eten uit eigen tuin is echt fantastisch.
