All our "Holz100" rooms and suites are made of moon-cut solid wood with natural loam plaster and aromatic Swiss stone pine, guaranteeing a pleasant and allergy-friendly sleeping environment. Since all room elements are made of 100% wood, it is possible to spend the night free of harmful substances and to dream in a natural way. The sleeping areas are also optimized with regard to electrosmog and geopathic interference fields.

Gut Nisdorf is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, far off the beaten tourist tracks in the middle of an intact nature. It is not only an organic hotel but also a small biotope of its own.

Biohotel Mohren is located in the vacation region of the northern Lake Constance area. The varied cultural and natural landscape, with all the year mild climate invites you to explore and relax. Organic and sustainability is not just a concept at theiner's garten, but a way of life. This already began with the construction purely according to ecological standards and thus in accordance with the sustainable philosophy of life of the senior chefs Myriam and Walter Theiner, who are among the organic pioneers of South Tyrol.

So it is not surprising that only high quality, organic food goes into the pots and onto the table. Fruit comes during the harvest season from son Ingo Theiner, who manages the farm next door according to biodynamic guidelines. Guests can regularly take a look behind the scenes during farm tours, and one or two digestifs from the farm's own distillery are, of course, not to be missed.

And because all rooms were arranged electrosmogarm, noise-protected and with smelling Zirbenholz, one sleeps at night so restful as rarely. You can experience cozy wellness hours here in the 1,000 m² SPA with 12 m indoor and 17 m outdoor pool as well as three saunas, diving and Kneipp pools. You can get active together on guided hikes with senior chef Walter Theiner or on a bike tour through the South Tyrolean mountains - and then find yourself during a yoga session or a singing bowl meditation.

Bad Kohlgrub is a true treasure trove

Settled in the beautiful landscape of the Ammergauer Alps near to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Oberammergau, only an hour by car from Munich, you will find the idyllic "terrace village" of Bad Kohlgrub. With its delightful farmhouses, "Lüftl" art and the charm of its flower-filled gardens, guests have been feeling at home here for a long time; since 1870!

The natural material wood forms the exterior and interior design of the LindenGut. Both the exterior façade and the guest rooms and conference rooms radiate a special warmth and security through the creative wooden elements; two aspects that have also become guiding principles for us in dealing with our guests. Each of our ten guest rooms is themed by a different tree species: a carpenter from the neighboring village has individually handcrafted beds, chests of drawers and bedside tables from regional wood species, which are characterized by the character and scent of the wood - sweet and heavy in the apple room, fresh and clear in the elm.

Small conferences or green meetings can be held or experienced here as well as seminars, fasting courses and much more!

Our guesthouse Lindengut is part of an organic agricultural unit, with farm buildings and gardens surrounded by fields and woods. Depending on the seasons our gardens provide us with ingredients for our breakfast and meals during business meetings. We want Lindengut to be a place where natural origins and humankind come together – this is why we chose to work after the organic principles and to focus on this holistic approach to farming and life.
