Since 2006, food in the Falkenhof has been prepared almost exclusively from locally grown organic produce. On the menu, you will find light Mediterranean cuisine, four-course menus with fish or meat, vegetarian dishes as well as basic fitness cuisine to regulate the body’s acid-base balance. Unalloyed relaxation is offered by the spacious 1200-square-metre Vital Oasis, occupying its own wing of the hotel.

Among its features are the modern spa area, the Greek sea salt water pool and not least the hotel’s own, 36°C panoramic healing thermal spa on the roof. In the Vital Oasis, Falkenhof guests may choose from around 100 different treatments – ranging from yoga to massages to cosmetic treatments.

The terms sustainability and ecology are put into practice every day – as the basis for health and inner balance. Naturally, the comprehensive renovation and extension work in recent years were carried out exclusively using ecological construction methods. The natural material wood forms the exterior and interior design of the LindenGut. Both the exterior façade and the guest rooms and conference rooms radiate a special warmth and security through the creative wooden elements; two aspects that have also become guiding principles for us in dealing with our guests. Each of our ten guest rooms is themed by a different tree species: a carpenter from the neighboring village has individually handcrafted beds, chests of drawers and bedside tables from regional wood species, which are characterized by the character and scent of the wood - sweet and heavy in the apple room, fresh and clear in the elm.

Small conferences or green meetings can be held or experienced here as well as seminars, fasting courses and much more!

Our guesthouse Lindengut is part of an organic agricultural unit, with farm buildings and gardens surrounded by fields and woods. Depending on the seasons our gardens provide us with ingredients for our breakfast and meals during business meetings. We want Lindengut to be a place where natural origins and humankind come together – this is why we chose to work after the organic principles and to focus on this holistic approach to farming and life. Discover the diverse range of activities such as horse and carriage rides, canoeing or nature park hiking around the Biohotel Trnulja, with its own organic farm and excellent culinary specialities from the region. On the farm, among other things, oil plants as well as cereals are cultivated and processed into organic food (organic oils, spreads, white and wholemeal flours, etc.), which are sold in the own farm shop.

Our ecological flats with solid furniture have a positive effect on your well-being and provide a healthy indoor climate. The flats smell of natural, untreated wood. Products made of clay and textiles made of hemp fibres give the room cosiness and comfort. There are four flats in the Trnulja estate, two on the ground floor and two in the attic. There is also a cosy studio for two people, which has a separate entrance.
