You will feel the charm of our house in every corner. Our total of 13 rooms are individually furnished and equipped in country house style. Each apartment and room has its own charm and is located on the 1st or 2nd floor in the main house. The location of the estate as well as the building itself is low in radiation, which is why your cell phone is also on vacation in the apartments.

Settled in the beautiful landscape of the Ammergauer Alps near to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Oberammergau, only an hour by car from Munich, you will find the idyllic "terrace village" of Bad Kohlgrub. With its delightful farmhouses, "Lüftl" art and the charm of its flower-filled gardens, guests have been feeling at home here for a long time; since 1870!

Warm hospitality, a natural feel-good atmosphere and unforgettable vacation experiences await you. Adelheid and Josef Greiter hosted their first vacation guests in the old farmhouse 100 years ago. Back then, guests still had to walk up from the valley to Serfaus. Luggage was delivered up by ox cart, today the world's smallest subway train commutes through the village!
