Since 2006, food in the Falkenhof has been prepared almost exclusively from locally grown organic produce. On the menu, you will find light Mediterranean cuisine, four-course menus with fish or meat, vegetarian dishes as well as basic fitness cuisine to regulate the body’s acid-base balance. Unalloyed relaxation is offered by the spacious 1200-square-metre Vital Oasis, occupying its own wing of the hotel.

Among its features are the modern spa area, the Greek sea salt water pool and not least the hotel’s own, 36°C panoramic healing thermal spa on the roof. In the Vital Oasis, Falkenhof guests may choose from around 100 different treatments – ranging from yoga to massages to cosmetic treatments.

Moon-cut wood from our own forest was used for the exterior facade and flooring. The harmony of the building materials can be felt and smelled everywhere.

Our entire property is supplied with 100%, largely self-generated, green electricity; the wood stoves are operated with our own wood. Directly into the kitchen goes the harvest from the meadow orchard and the products from our own farm.

Back then, guests still had to walk up from the valley to Serfaus. Luggage was delivered up by ox cart, today the world's smallest subway train commutes through the village! Since the first guesthouse in 1952, the family and nature hotel Darrehof has been built with pioneering spirit and passion.

The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis vacation region is situated on a unique high plateau at 1400 m above sea level. In summer, you can look forward to a wonderful natural landscape and a special kind of family play and hiking paradise. In winter, a great family ski area with slopes for connoisseurs and experts on over 200 kilometers of slopes.

Our rooms and vacation apartments furnished with solid wood furniture with organic mountain hay cushions, the cozy lounges, the 300 m² wellness oasis with indoor pool, children's and youth playroom, underground parking, as well as a grocery and sports shop on the ground floor offer you a stylish feel-good ambience for relaxing vacations. As a family of mountain farmers, we have been working and living with and from nature throughout the year for generations. Our hotel is a house with a long history. We have renewed many things carefully. Nevertheless, the history of the house is noticeable, it even makes our hotel "homely".
