You will feel the charm of our house in every corner. Our total of 13 rooms are individually furnished and equipped in country house style. Each apartment and room has its own charm and is located on the 1st or 2nd floor in the main house. The location of the estate as well as the building itself is low in radiation, which is why your cell phone is also on vacation in the apartments.

Organic and sustainability is not just a concept at theiner's garten, but a way of life. This already began with the construction purely according to ecological standards and thus in accordance with the sustainable philosophy of life of the senior chefs Myriam and Walter Theiner, who are among the organic pioneers of South Tyrol.

Fruit comes during the harvest season from son Ingo Theiner, who manages the farm next door according to biodynamic guidelines. Bad Kohlgrub is a true treasure trove

Settled in the beautiful landscape of the Ammergauer Alps near to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Oberammergau, only an hour by car from Munich, you will find the idyllic "terrace village" of Bad Kohlgrub. With its delightful farmhouses, "Lüftl" art and the charm of its flower-filled gardens, guests have been feeling at home here for a long time; since 1870!

Our 21 rooms are individually designed - each with its own character and special flair. High-quality materials, stylish furnishings and warm colors create a cozy atmosphere in which you can relax.
