The organic kitchen spoils you with creative delicacies made from local products. Most of the vegetables, herbs and salads are grown directly on site, in our own organic garden. Through close cooperation with the Obervinschger organic farmers are supported. Thus the delivery routes remain short.

In summer, South Tyrol’s picturesque hiking trails are within easy reach, too. Here, you have access to the best known ski areas like "Kronplatz", "Alta Badia", "Gardena" and "3 Cime" by ski or by bike.

Sommerach offers ideal recreation: swimming, canoeing and cycling along the Altmain, hiking to viewpoints and a grape variety nature trail make the region attractive.
