Organic and sustainability is not just a concept at theiner's garten, but a way of life. This already began with the construction purely according to ecological standards and thus in accordance with the sustainable philosophy of life of the senior chefs Myriam and Walter Theiner, who are among the organic pioneers of South Tyrol.

So it is not surprising that only high quality, organic food goes into the pots and onto the table. Fruit comes during the harvest season from son Ingo Theiner, who manages the farm next door according to biodynamic guidelines. Guests can regularly take a look behind the scenes during farm tours, and one or two digestifs from the farm's own distillery are, of course, not to be missed.

And because all rooms were arranged electrosmogarm, noise-protected and with smelling Zirbenholz, one sleeps at night so restful as rarely. You can experience cozy wellness hours here in the 1,000 m² SPA with 12 m indoor and 17 m outdoor pool as well as three saunas, diving and Kneipp pools. You can get active together on guided hikes with senior chef Walter Theiner or on a bike tour through the South Tyrolean mountains - and then find yourself during a yoga session or a singing bowl meditation.

Warm hospitality, a natural feel-good atmosphere and unforgettable vacation experiences await you. Adelheid and Josef Greiter hosted their first vacation guests in the old farmhouse 100 years ago. Back then, guests still had to walk up from the valley to Serfaus. Luggage was delivered up by ox cart, today the world's smallest subway train commutes through the village! Since the first guesthouse in 1952, the family and nature hotel Darrehof has been built with pioneering spirit and passion.

The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis vacation region is situated on a unique high plateau at 1400 m above sea level. In summer, you can look forward to a wonderful natural landscape and a special kind of family play and hiking paradise. In winter, a great family ski area with slopes for connoisseurs and experts on over 200 kilometers of slopes.

Our rooms and vacation apartments furnished with solid wood furniture with organic mountain hay cushions, the cozy lounges, the 300 m² wellness oasis with indoor pool, children's and youth playroom, underground parking, as well as a grocery and sports shop on the ground floor offer you a stylish feel-good ambience for relaxing vacations. As a family of mountain farmers, we have been working and living with and from nature throughout the year for generations. Careful use of natural resources and strengthening regional cycles are therefore our concern and obligation. Our organic farming with many nature conservation measures as a contribution to biodiversity, a 200 KWP photovoltaic system, heat generation with pellets and intelligent energy monitoring; local suppliers provide the majority of the food for our organic gourmet breakfast.

The Rastbichlhof has been family-owned for around 100 years. The traditional Rastbichlhof has been passed down from generation to generation and has always been characterized by love, diligence, innovation and openness to new things by the owner family, who are close to their homeland. Enjoy this mountain panorama from the ecologically built rooms. These are built in wooden post and beam construction with natural materials and equipped with solid wood furniture. The Swiss stone pine wood from the neighboring Matschertal contributes to the relaxation.
 
The organic kitchen spoils you with creative delicacies made from local products. Most of the vegetables, herbs and salads are grown directly on site, in our own organic garden. Through close cooperation with the Obervinschger organic farmers are supported. Thus the delivery routes remain short.
 
Because of its efforts to become a pesticide-free community, the village of Mals has recently caused a stir.

The small village of Cerreto has been renovated according to the criteria of green building, the swimming pool is actually a bio-lake, a mirror of blue and clear water drained by stones, zeolites and water lilies; near a pleasant grove surrounded by meadows and flowers.

In our 18 rooms you sleep in the middle of nature - only indoors. The scent of wood and the sun shining through the large windows. The panorama? So close that the Dolomites are almost in bed with you. Each room was built with natural materials - wood from the region, breathable clay paints, wool instead of chemicals. This creates an indoor climate that feels like fresh mountain air: light, clear, calm. No noise, no electrosmog, no plastic. Just honest materials, healthy peace and quiet and the soft creaking of the wood to lull you to sleep. And in the morning - this light that makes the day start so softly that you would like to lie down again straight away.
