The ambience of our guesthouse is deliberately kept simple and natural, the spacious rooms and apartments are individually furnished with mainly antique country house furniture.

The three-hectare grounds around the house hold a favorite spot for everyone - whether you prefer to lie in the garden under old trees with a good book and a coffee, make a campfire at the fireplace with wood at the ready, explore the wild pond biotope and our large tree house, or make friends with our chickens, cats, dogs and ponies.

In the tranquility of the countryside, our yoga and ayurveda seminars offer various paths to physical, mental and spiritual well-being. In addition, we offer a creative program for children, yoga vacations for families and an excursion program around the Wadden Sea National Park in many school vacation weeks.

Also because a climate-neutral way of life is our philosophy. Our four accommodation houses are perfectly equipped for groups of six to twelve people each and fulfill your every wish. True to our sustainable ethos, we have restored these houses with great attention to detail while using upcycled materials to significantly reduce their ecological footprint. Find restful sleep in our natural linen beds, enjoy our certified Demeter breakfast and find out about the various environmental projects on our farmstead - from the herbal garden to the orchard.

The breathtaking mountain panorama up to King Ortler and the Stilfserjoch National Park, the magnificent natural and cultural wealth and the multitude of leisure activities will make your days in our Bio Hotel unforgettable. Enjoy this mountain panorama from the ecologically built rooms. These are built in wooden post and beam construction with natural materials and equipped with solid wood furniture. The Swiss stone pine wood from the neighboring Matschertal contributes to the relaxation.
 
The organic kitchen spoils you with creative delicacies made from local products. Most of the vegetables, herbs and salads are grown directly on site, in our own organic garden. Through close cooperation with the Obervinschger organic farmers are supported. Thus the delivery routes remain short.
 
Because of its efforts to become a pesticide-free community, the village of Mals has recently caused a stir.

Gut Nisdorf is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, far off the beaten tourist tracks in the middle of an intact nature. It is not only an organic hotel but also a small biotope of its own.

Outside, the 25,000 m² estate with playground, trampoline, natural pond and garden can be conquered every day anew. Parents or grandparents can enjoy some time out while the little ones explore the surroundings on pony back, take riding lessons or are kept busy and looked after in the Kinderland.
