Also because a climate-neutral way of life is our philosophy. The breathtaking mountain panorama up to King Ortler and the Stilfserjoch National Park, the magnificent natural and cultural wealth and the multitude of leisure activities will make your days in our Bio Hotel unforgettable. The organic kitchen spoils you with creative delicacies made from local products. Most of the vegetables, herbs and salads are grown directly on site, in our own organic garden. Through close cooperation with the Obervinschger organic farmers are supported. Thus the delivery routes remain short.

Organic and sustainability is not just a concept at theiner's garten, but a way of life. This already began with the construction purely according to ecological standards and thus in accordance with the sustainable philosophy of life of the senior chefs Myriam and Walter Theiner, who are among the organic pioneers of South Tyrol.

Fruit comes during the harvest season from son Ingo Theiner, who manages the farm next door according to biodynamic guidelines. You can experience cozy wellness hours here in the 1,000 m² SPA with 12 m indoor and 17 m outdoor pool as well as three saunas, diving and Kneipp pools.
