The small village of Cerreto has been renovated according to the criteria of green building, the swimming pool is actually a bio-lake, a mirror of blue and clear water drained by stones, zeolites and water lilies; near a pleasant grove surrounded by meadows and flowers.

Fruit comes during the harvest season from son Ingo Theiner, who manages the farm next door according to biodynamic guidelines. Guests can regularly take a look behind the scenes during farm tours, and one or two digestifs from the farm's own distillery are, of course, not to be missed.

However, nature is not only on the doorstep, but also in all the 32 roos of the hotel. The texture of the annual rings can be seen on the furniture and the panoramic windows open up a view of the Allgäu Alps.
