Everything was wonderful

The room was perfect and beautiful. Unfortunately on my 2nd day in Italy I fell and broke my ankle. The second the staff saw me they got a wheelchair and made sure my accommodations were met immediately. One of the gentleman who worked there named Benny is studying to be a PA and went over the entire report with me being it was all in Italian and at the hospital no one spoke English. If I go back to Rome one day no doubt I would stay anyplace else. Thank you Hotel Bio Raphaël for a beautiful stay.

Соотношение цена качество! Уборка номера ежедневная. Завтраки хоть не разнообрасные но вкусные. Будем в Риме остановимся в этом отеле.

Excellent service and location ♥️

The hotel was simply perfect, in an excellent location with a truly outstanding hospitality experience. We were welcomed with amazing treats upon arrival, and the breakfast was rich, delicious, and full of variety. The central location was ideal, and the staff went above and beyond—especially Marina, who accompanied us throughout our stay, made sure everything was perfect, and took care of us in the most thoughtful way. As if that wasn’t enough, at the end of our stay we were even given a bag of treats for the journey. Honestly, this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room itself was luxurious, with two taps in the shower and in the sink—simply amazing. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return soon!

Le meilleur hôtel de ma vie j’ai adoré j’y suis allé avec ma mère et c’était incroyable les petits déjeuners et les chambres incroyable bref le rêve je le recommande

Me hospedei duas vezes no hotel. Na primeira, antes da renovação, os quartos eram mais antigos e o restaurante no terraço (espetacular) ainda nao era vegano, felizmente. Passei algumas tardes ali bebericando e vendo o por do sol com vista pra basílica de um lado e castelo Sant'Angelo do outro. Impressionante. Na minha segunda estadia o hotel havia passado por uma renovação e os quartos estavam estalando de novos. Peguei um quarto com janela para uma rua lateral, mas com chuveiros duplos que fizeram a diferença no verão romano. O café da manhã continuava excelente. O restaurante no terraço, infelizmente vegano, continua uma experiência única para quem gosta de um visual histórico de Roma. É um hotel pequeno para que curte Relais y Chateaux. Como a vista do terraço ficou famosa, a administração privilegia a acomodação dos hóspedes, o que é perfeitamente compreensível. Espero me hospedar lá uma terceira vez.
