Job Description
As the first BIO HOTEL in Italy, together we inspire our guests and pamper them in all aspects.
Respect with nature and towards the food and our suppliers and organic farmers are our philosophy.
Our hotel has 30 rooms for up to 66 hotel guests. The restaurant seats up to 80 people (hotel guests and restaurant guests). Restaurant guests on advance booking.
Our team consists of 4 family members, we have an average of 14 employees (5 kitchen, 5 service, 3 housekeeping and 1 janitor). Accommodations are also available if needed.

- Knowledge of German and/or Italian
- Experience in the kitchen
- Respectful handling of high quality food
