You like to laugh and love to see guests happy and to make their stay a perfect experience from the beginning? A varied field of activity in one of the most beautiful places in the Allgäu with many opportunities in the house, on site and in the region awaits you.
Your position:
- Presence and guest consultation at the front desk and on the phone.
- check-in/check-out and billing; greeting and saying goodbye to guests
- all organizational, preparatory and follow-up work according to the QM manual
- Preparation of daily mail, menu cards and in-house offers
- General concierge activities; cooperation with partners and service providers
- recording of guest satisfaction
- Collegial cooperation within the team and with the other hotel departments
Your profile:
- completed training as hotel specialist, in sales or in tourism
- Confident handling of the PC; knowledge in the use of hotel software
- Well-groomed appearance and friendly manner towards guests
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German
