The kitchen stays in the village: the restaurant has been certified organic since 2004. Fresh bread and pastries from the in-house organic bakery every day. Jams, juices, teas and brandies are made from produce from the farm, which has been certified for more than 30 years. Out of conviction, only free-range organic pigs, cattle and lambs, turkeys and chickens are processed directly from farmers within a radius of 30 km. Prepared with dedication and care, the dishes reflect the philosophy of the Biohotel: sustainability, regionality and the highest quality. A culinary experience that will delight gourmets and nature lovers alike.
