Our cuisine is conscious, regional and predominantly vegetarian. We cook fresh, with organic regional ingredients wherever possible, supplemented with herbs from our own garden. In the morning, we serve a lovingly prepared breakfast directly at your table - no buffet, no hustle and bustle, just peace and time. You can look forward to lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, homemade spreads, cream cheese variations and our naturally cloudy Demeter grape juice from our own production directly behind the house, and in the evening we invite you to cheese & wine tastings with homemade dips, bread and our own organic wines as well as to our Wine & Dine with vegetarian delicacies such as hummus, regional fresh cheeses and seasonally filled puff pastry wreaths. Vegan options and light meals are available on request.

Our contribution to greater sustainability:
Sustainability is not a trend for us, but an everyday reality. We work closely with regional organic suppliers and a Demeter farm nearby and pay attention to short distances. Our sheep graze in our vineyards and guest garden, mowing naturally, contributing to greening and avoiding soil compaction. In order to reduce food waste, we deliberately avoid buffets - both at breakfast and dinner - and prepare all meals fresh and as required. For ecological reasons, we have reduced room service in order to save water, energy and detergent. In this way, we combine enjoyment with responsibility for the environment, climate and region.

Our Yoga & Wine Retreats combine gentle exercise, nature and the enjoyment of our Demeter wines. Complemented by vegetarian organic full board, the result is a holistic time-out - open to couples, friends and solo travelers.

Families with children of all ages are very welcome here. We offer flexible accommodation options so that everyone feels at home: Room 3 has a cozy sofa bed, in all rooms we can add an extra mattress or cot if required, and we are happy to provide a baby crib. Children under 6 years stay free of charge, children between 6 and 14 years stay at half price, and to give families even more space to arrive and be together in future, we are also building two Tiny Houses for up to four people each - close to nature, quiet and with plenty of space for spending time together.

Hosts
We are three siblings who continue to run the guest house and the Demeter vineyard in a direct Moselle location with a lot of heart and responsibility from our parents. In our historic slate winegrower's house, we combine family hospitality with sustainable management and conscious enjoyment. Respectful treatment of nature, people and the region characterizes our daily activities. We love honest, home-cooked vegetarian cuisine, wine with character and places where tranquillity, encounters and slowing down are possible.
