Job Description
The training as a specialist in the hospitality industry is particularly active in the restaurant, buffet , bar and kitchen of a hotel business. The training includes greeting guests, pouring and serving drinks, preparing guest rooms for events, conferences and festivities, as well as preparing and serving simple dishes and meals.
The profession is as versatile as the training. Friendliness, teamwork and communication skills are important prerequisites that you should bring with you.
Training duration: 2 years
School education: Secondary school
Opportunities for further training: 1-year additional training in the areas of specialist for restaurant and event catering or hotel specialist.
Why an apprenticeship at Biohotel Eggensberger: We have been training apprentices in the various professions for many years. On average, we have about 10 apprentices every year in different apprenticeship years and job profiles, who can learn with and from each other.
It is important to us that our apprentices get to know the hotel from different perspectives and the activities of the different areas from the ground up.
The division managers meet regularly to coordinate the training plan and training sessions for each individual.
General topics are dealt with intensively at the joint trainee training sessions so that they are well prepared to meet the demands of everyday life and the examinations.
The duty roster is fair and in accordance with the regulations with two days off per week.
Our trainees are taken on by the company after their training if they wish (even temporarily).
There is never a dull moment in the hotel industry - and you can live and work in many beautiful places in the world with a solid professional training.

Also the drinks in the restaurant and bar are accordingly organic. In addition to the Eggensberger family, we have more than 60 employees in the kitchen, restaurant, floor, administration, and wellness and therapy departments working for the well-being of our guests. In each team there is an area manager who pulls all the strings together.
