Trainees as tourism and leisure clerks (m/f/d)

Trainees as tourism and leisure clerks receive comprehensive training at the hotel as a prerequisite for working in various areas of activity in tourism. Your workplace will mainly be at the reception and the administration. You will actively help with check-in or check-out, update the reservation system, handle daily correspondence, advise and inform guests about tourist services and offers. In addition, you will gain insight into administration, controlling and implement sales and marketing concepts.
Training period: 3 years
School education: University entrance qualification, secondary school leaving certificate
Why an apprenticeship at Biohotel Eggensberger: We have been training apprentices in the various professions for many years. On average, we have about 10 apprentices every year in different apprenticeship years and job profiles, who can learn with and from each other.
It is important to us that our apprentices get to know the hotel from different perspectives and the activities of the different areas from the ground up.
The area managers meet regularly to coordinate the training plan and training for each individual.
During the joint trainee training sessions, general topics are dealt with intensively in order to be best prepared to meet the requirements in everyday life and in the exams.
The duty roster is drawn up fairly and in accordance with the regulations with two days off per week.
Our trainees are taken on by the company after their training if they wish (even temporarily).
