The hotel has received the five ibex award, the maximum number issued by the Swiss authorities for sustainability in the hotel industry. Public restaurant, smoke-free, creative cuisine, regional foods, certified by Goût-Mieux, BioSuisse and Demeter. In the summer a sunny terrace; in winter an open fire in the café. Five bright, quiet, modern and fully equipped seminar and banqueting rooms with group rooms for events with up to 100 people. Biodynamic farm with cheese making, meat from animals raised on the farm.

Our own gas-fired central heating equipment, modern wood-pellet heating with wood from local forestry. Rainwater captured for washing machines and toilets. In the immediate vicinity plenty of opportunities for hikers, walks taking an hour or up to a whole day. Cycles to borrow free of charge for hotel guests.
 
The wonderful Neuchâtel Lake is just an 8-minute drive away, or you can walk there in three quarters of an hour. When there is snow in winter, cross-country skiing in the Jura Mountains is just a quarter of an hour away. Horse riding is available in the next village.
