Regional Information

Located in the heart of the beautiful landscape of the alps, Hotel Saladina, at the outskirts of the village of Gaschurn in the Hochmontafon region lies at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. We are only 100 metres from the “Versettla” cable car, which provides the quickest connection to the Silvretta Nova ski resort (the largest and most modern ski resort in the Montafon region). At the bottom of the Versettla cable car, you will find the local Skiing Nursery (which has been named “Novi Land” in winter 2005/2006), the skiing and snowboarding school Silvretta Nova, three sports shops with high precision ski service equipment and a large ski- and snowboard hire service, plus a high street bank. The winter sports facilities are complemented by a nursery lift, modern “Magic Carpet” ski lifts for children and a practice ski carrousel.
