This location means visitors have plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as water sports, hiking and walking. This Bio-Hotel runs its own wholemeal bakery and has an organic garden. The hotel’s cuisine is totally vegetarian and, in the case of allergies, intolerances, etc., the kitchen team is glad to provide special diets. At the request of the organiser, the head chef provides front cooking, and cooking events can be held in the teaching kitchen, that has four cooking islands. The hotel is strictly no-smoking. The 50 rooms can accommodate a total of 70 guests. The hotel has a garden with a lawn, a pond, a place for a camp fire and a terrace.
Organics have a long tradition in this hotel. Even in the days when most people had no idea what organic meant, we operated according to ecological principles in our own vegetable and herb garden. For more than ten years, we have been buying products on the growing organic market.
Our smoke-free hotel offers a refined atmosphere, well appointed rooms and a balanced, varied range of vegetarian food at the buffet. In the lounge, comfortable chairs are set out so that people can enjoy a cosy get-together. To give you that feeling of wellbeing and relaxation, you can use the Finnish herbal steam sauna.
The hotel has a large garden with a terrace, a pond, a big lawn and a place for a camp fire.
Because the hotel is located close to the National Park Kellerwald-Edersee, walks or hikes in one of the most beautiful natural beech forests in Western Europe are literally on your doorstep. The Edersee itself, where all manner of water sports are available, is a mere 800 m away.
Since the village Bringhausen has no through traffic, you are sure to enjoy perfect peace and clean air.
We provide:
Regeneration days: rest, recover your strength, with trips and visits to the National Park and to the Waldecker Land - you decide the schedule.
A variety of seminars on nutrition, healthcare and breathing, yoga, fasting, massage, dancing, cooking and baking, painting, music and much more.
Between 8.30 and 19.00 we invite our day guests to enjoy the vegetarian meals or snacks that are prepared with such care and expertise.
