Regional Information

The Loralpe, the border mountain between Carinthia and Styria with its gentle hills, clear mountain brooks and cascades offers anthing for anybody: When hiking on well marked hiking trails you can watch chamois, ground hogs and even eagles, or you just enjoy the wonderful panoramic view over the entire valley and the surrounding alps.

The ski resort Koralpe, with an altitude between 1550 m and 2070 m above the sea level, extends over 28 km of meticulously groomed slopes, ranging from practice slopes for beginners, over 100 m wide carving slopes for intermediates and advanced to a free riding area for proficient riders, who would like to try themselves off the beaten tourist track.
