The spine is the body's central axis - a flexible form that must be stable yet flexible. The back is subject to serious tension in daily life as a result of imbalanced loads, stress and a lack of movement. The centre of our body has lost its balance. Selected yoga exercises promote the alignment of the spine and strengthen the back muscles. Stretching exercises improve the flexibility of the joints and support the muscles' ability to relax. Inner perception is trained and breathing and relaxation exercises provide more balance, internal peace and vitality.
