Leader of the panel of tasters

Our first big award for the finest taste –‚Best of Bio Wine 2004’ showed that we need good tasters in charge so that the whole process can be carried out professionally. For the „Best of Bio Chocolate 2005’ we again found a professional.

My background:
on the one hand I choreograph team development processes and am a trainer with the emphasis on leadership of and in groups. On the other hand I am a sommelier and the leader of wine and chocolate tasting sessions. Together with chef Gerald Kulnig, I also organise menus for tasting events in Vienna.

My passions....
Julia and Leo (my family), the books of Jasper Forde, Tad Williams and Neal Stephenson, the films of Quentin Tarantino, the music of Arvo Pärt, Ralph Towner and Greatful Dead, the pictures of Ahmet Oran and the Chianti of Giordio Primo from La Massa.

My professional development:
professionally trained as an instructor and consultant in systems management, setting up groups and group dynamics. As a food connoisseur with a penchant for wine, from WIFI Lower Austria to sommelier, and from Wine& Spirit Education Trust (WSET) to professional spirits taster. At the moment, I am in my first year of academic wine training
at the Wine Academy in Rust.
