Best of Bio Chocolat 2005

 

In 2005, a no less sensuous pleasure was the centre of attention: chocolate. In the heart of the Mozart-City, the Hotel Wolf-Dietrich provided the perfect backdrop. The judges, including the top chef and Eurotoque President Ernst Ulrich Schassberger, chose the winner from 60 different varieties in the categories milk chocolate, aromatic and filled chocolate, and chocolate in the top class with more than 65% cocoa. „We created best of Bio because we wanted to show that organic is synonymous not only with health but also exquisite pleasure,“ declared the host Armin Schmelzle.
