It all started with the BIO-hoteliers search of the best wine for the guests of the BIO-hotels. The range of organic wines was amazing and the idea of “Best of Bio“ was born.
What started off with a tasting of organic wines in 2004 continued with further tastings of organic gourmet products. In 2005, organic chocolate was the object of desire. It was followed by a tasting for the Best of Bio Juice in 2005, in 2007 we savoured nearly all organic beers and in 2008, 2009 and 2012 we were again looking for the best wine for the guests of the BIO-Hotels.

2009 was a very “witty“ year in which we savoured a huge range of organic spirits. In 2010 it was time again to pour out organic wine. That is the way how we are looking for the best organic products for the guests of the BIO-Hotels and organic restaurants every year.
The range of the best organic products: an innovative idea of the BIO-Hotels
The offer of organic products has grown immense and the selection of excellent products of organic farming is a challenge which the BIO-Hoteliers accept willingly. At the same time the expectations of the consumers are put forward. That is why the BIO-Hoteliers developed an own system for wine tasting. The aim is clear: to offer the guests of the BIO-Hotels only the best of the best, simply “Best of Bio“.
