Do I have to convert our hotel completely?

Yes. BIO-Hotels takes the view that there should be no unnecessary compromises. In the case of food, this means that the ingredients used come either from organic agriculture, collecting or catching in the wild or from hunting. In the case of beverages, the principle is that open drinks and hot drinks must be of organic quality; in the case of packaged drinks the contents must be clearly stated. For example, the wine list can, of course, include conventional wines.
In the case of soft drinks, a maximum of three different conventional drinks can be sold. The comprehensive nature of the organic concept applies both to everything offered by the hotel and to all areas and aspects of the hotel.
