Ripe and mature

Johannes Freiherr von Perger, a producer of fine juices, expresses his opinion: „You recognise an apple that has been harvested really ripe by its intense aroma.“

This producer of fine organic juices cultivates apples, elderberries, red and black currants on 50 ha by the Ammersee and in keeping with strict Bioland guidelines. He purchases other fruits like damsons and cherries or exotic fruits like mango and pineapple fom organic partners. Processing into high quality fruit juices calls for a natural feeling for the job and a lot of skill. But the effort is rewarded: the Bavarian family firm can now proudly display two „Best of Bio Juice 2006“ awards.
