Relax without disturbance

More and more people are reacting to electrosmog. On holiday in particular they look for relaxation in an environment free of ‚high tension’ – that’s what they find in BIO-Hotels.

You don’t hear it, smell it or see it. But a growing number of people are plagued by so-called electrosmog. It disturbs your sleep and restricts your quality of life. Experts have been warning loud and clear for a number of years now that electrosmog is a serious threat to health. „Many health problems can be traced back to radiation from mobile radio and electrical equipment. At the centre of it all are the so-called thermic and athermic effects,“ was how Dr. Walter Medinger explained it at the first Bio-Congress in Zeulenroda. Electrosmog pollutes the environment through electrical fields and radiation and comes from electric cables, appliances, transmitters, electrified surfaces and magnetic materials. We humans are actually electromagnetic creatures too: cells, tissue and organs in our bodies communicate not only via chemical messages but also via electrical signals. Common examples are the curves measuring the heart’s tension seen on an ECG and those measuring the brain’s tension seen on an EEG. Electrosmog can affect and disturb, among other things, the vegetative and central nervous system, hormones, chromosomes and cells.
